Accountancy is not just about numbers, it’s about people. Today, chartered accountancy involves business advisory professionals getting deeply involved in real-life business issues, problems and solutions. That's why we recognise that attracting, retaining and developing great talent allows us to effectively support and advise our clients, ensuring our mutual success.
What we offer you
We’ll make sure you have the right experience, personal development and training to make your career stimulating and rewarding. We will carefully balance your practical experience to reinforce your professional training. Combined, these two crucial elements will help you achieve your qualification. Along with your peers, you will be assigned mentors who will support and guide you as well as dedicated tutors who will ensure your progress and development is on track.
Our Audit Trainees come from a variety of different academic and cultural backgrounds. We do not require Audit Trainees to have a business or financial background. However, we do ask that applicants for our ACA trainee programme have at least 280 UCAS points at A-level, or equivalent (112 UCAS points under the new guidelines), all achieved during the same exam year and excluding General Studies, plus at least a 2.1 degree in any discipline.
