Job Description
Graduate opportunities at UNW LLP
Three-year training programme to commence in September 2020
Our graduate programme is the perfect platform to launch your career in accounting. Through our wide client base – which ranges from businesses with a £100m turnover to national charities – you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of audits that will further your personal and professional development, and you will gain valuable skills and abilities that will benefit you throughout your working life.
Working towards your Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), you will gain the vital practical experience and on-the-job training necessary to further your career. Working with our range of experts, you will receive one-to-one support and get the chance to apply your knowledge across a variety of projects.
The programme combines practical experience with formal classroom-based training with our provider, Kaplan. We are fully committed to investing in the development of our people; as such, we provide paid study leave and time off to sit your exams, in order to help you achieve your objective of becoming a chartered accountant.
ACA ACCOUNTING QUALIFICATION
Together, the ACA and the Level 7 Accountancy Professional Apprenticeship will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours that you need to start your career and that employers are looking for. The programme will involve you completing the ACA qualification with additional apprenticeship-specific requirements over 36 months.
You will complete 15 exams across three levels. By completing this programme with UNW, you will be working across a strong and varied client base and receive exceptional training opportunities. The firm’s excellent team culture and supportive nature have given us a great exam track record.
