Are you keen to work in a friendly, growing and entrepreneurial firm that is forward thinking and modern? Are you keen to carry out a role mixed 40% audit and 60% accounts and tax? You will be responsible for assisting on audit assignments and be trained so that you can start to run and complete audit assignments yourself from planning to completion. You will also complete statutory accounts and corporation tax returns. You will be responsible for supervising juniors from time to time and assisting with their development. You will work on a wide variety of clients with turnovers to £40m: UK subsidiarys of large overseas companies, property development and investment companies, FCA regulated companies, retailers, high profile restaurants and many other interesting sectors. The firm uses a variety of software packages. Training will be provided where necessary. Rapid progression to full Audit Senior grade will be offered to the right candidate.

To be considered for this new role you must have at least 18 months of general practice experience, including carrying out audit assignments. It is likely you will be a part qualified ACA from a small or medium size practice background and live within commuting distance of North West London. As well as audit, you must have experience of preparing accounts and tax returns. Experience of a wide range of software packages would be an advantage but training will be provided. You must be well presented, be a team player, and be looking to progress at a rapid pace.

This growing accountancy firm has a great reputation for being a friendly and supportive place to work and providing their staff with challenging and varied roles. You will work in a friendly and growing team, and you can expect to work on an interesting array of high profile and growing London based clients from a wide range of sectors. The firm is growing at a rapid rate due to many new business wins from larger accountancy firms. Overall this is a unique opportunity for an ACA part qualified Audit Semi Senior / Trainee Accountant to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking practice in an interesting and varied general practice role with great progression on offer.
