Audit Apprenticeship - West Midlands (Start date: August 2019)

What you'll be up to
The first two weeks will involve a technical induction giving you the foundations of knowledge to begin your journey. You’ll attend an external coaching session, meet with your line manager and network with our wide range of trainees, managers and partners.
You’ll then get stuck into some tangible client work learning the principles of Audit.
Regardless of what level you join at, you’ll be given opportunities to really shine with regular feedback to help stretch your personal development. We take growth seriously which is why you’ll have full support with your studies including study leave, bonuses for first time passes and a wellbeing coach to help balance the work/study lifestyle.
What we're looking for
Being numbers savvy is a myth; you need great attention to detail and a knack for following processes within legislative guidelines. As the major of our work is client based you need to be comfortable approaching clients and asking questions.
As for culture, we'll let our DNA guideline help explain our roots and foundations.
To help set people up for success we prefer students to have a minimum of 112 UCAS points, however – drive an ambition is just as important! As such we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
