Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Holywell

Reference: North 174

As a Bookkeeper at our Holywell office you will be responsible for the bookkeeping and basic tax computations for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies. You will also be liaising with clients and working closely with the Client Managers.

As a Bookkeeper at our Holywell office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Assisting the integration of new software and their accounts.
  • VAT Returns
  • Liaising with clients
  • Work closely with our Client Managers
  • Attending client meetings

As a Bookkeeper at our Holywell office, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Experience of producing management accounts and VAT returns
  • Ideally you will have experience using Xero and Kashflow but this is not essential
  • Good organisational and time management skills to meet Client deadlines
  • Customer contact via phone, email and face-to face meetings, strong communication skills required
  • Team player with a flexible and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
