Job Description

With a worldwide presence, KPMG continues to build on our successes thanks to a clear vision, our people and Our Values – we’re supporting businesses to grow, our people to achieve and our communities to thrive.

Our largest practice is Audit, which helps to build the confidence and trust that business and society needs. In Tax & Law, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology & Engineering, we help companies to solve some of their most complex business challenges.

What is Audit?

The largest of our UK practices, Audit is about examining organisations and ensuring their published annual accounts are a 'true and fair' reflection of their financial performance.

In Audit, we undertake work that affects investment decisions, inspires confidence in public sector expenditure and supports economic growth. Some of the world’s biggest companies rely on us to provide independent insight, challenge and high-quality audit expertise. Today, more than ever in disruptive times, audit is a function needed by society and in the future, to support growth.

About the KPMG Audit Data & Analytics Degree Apprenticeship

As a Data & Analytics apprentice, you’ll work towards a BSc (Hons) Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions, providing you with the knowledge and skills to be an effective Audit analyst. You'll have the resources and support you need to learn how to understand object-oriented programming as a concept, design and build databases, understand common system vulnerabilities and implement predictive modelling.

Benefits and training

As an apprentice at KPMG, you’ll gain valuable work experience, develop core skills and be supported in your study towards fully funded professional qualifications and accreditations – all whilst earning a salary.

Over the four-year programme, you will study in six-week academic modules, culminating in a six-month business focussed project. KPMG is dedicated to helping ensure you have the best chance of passing your exams, and therefore have a Professional Qualification Training and Accreditation team who support KPMG apprentices, online portal content and live and recorded additional study sessions - which means there is a form of support for your every need.

Your qualifications

See our website for further details of entry requirements. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See our ‘How to Apply’ sections for further guidance.
