Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join on of our offices to gain exposure to all areas within Kreston Reeves.  You will work alongside current employees on their day to day duties, helping you develop the relevant skills and knowledge for a career in accountancy.  Our placement scheme has been developed to provide students with an opportunity to gain valuable training and business experience that will provide a launch pad for your career, prepare you for undertaking professional exams.

The objectives of the role

Gain an insight in to the real world of accountancy.


  • Communicate effectively with all types of clients and colleagues

  • Effective decision making as you gradually take on more responsibility

  • Deal with confidential information in a professional manner

  • Receive training, career coaching with regular reviews and mentoring


  • Minimum of 2:1 degree.Any discipline will be considered, however preference will be given to those with relevant degrees

  • Minimum of 300 UCAS points

  • At least 3 A Levels, preferably including Business Studies, Economics or Mathematics

  • Enthusiasm and an interest in business and accountancy

  • Knowledge of the firm
