Job Description

Richard Place Dobson is a leading independent firm of accountants in Crawley, West Sussex. We continually seek to improve the service we offer our clients and are professional and ambitious, but friendly at the same time.

We are looking for two Trainee Business Advisors to join our team who are committed to providing an excellent level of service to our clients.

The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Firm’s technical function and be a highly motivated individual. You will need to possess good interpersonal skills, be forward thinking, numerate and accurate with an eye for detail.

You will have at least two A Levels grades A to C, as well as GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above. You will be well organised, be able to manage your time efficiently and be willing to take responsibility for your own work.

The work will include direct client contact and you will therefore need to be a confident and well-organised person who is happy communicating directly with clients, both verbally and written, with an ability to deal with a range of people from different backgrounds and environments. You will share our values and commitment to developing and maintaining strong client relationships whilst offering an outstanding level of client service.

The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Training will be provided for the specific packages used within the office.

The starting salary will be £18,500 per annum with a generous study package.
