Thinking of a career in accountancy or corporate finance post-graduation? Keen to secure a year-long professional placement to help make up your mind? BHP may have just the role for you!
We are now inviting applications for Professional Placements commencing in Autumn 2019 and running through to Summer 2020. We have roles available in either our Audit & Accounts team or our multi-award winning Corporate Finance team.
Typically, students return to BHP post-graduation to undertake an ACA training agreement – a placement is the ideal way to “try out” your planned career before committing longer-term.
If you think this is the perfect role for you, please visit the Careers page of our website for more information.
To be considered, you will need to be on course for a minimum of a 2:1 degree and have 112 UCAS tariff points (excluding General Studies) and a minimum Grade B in English Language and Maths at GCSE.
You will also need to demonstrate your enthusiasm and commitment to work with BHP and provide our clients with the high quality of professional service which they expect from us. Personality and inter-personal skills are fundamental to BHP’s success and are just as important as academic ability – our clients expect to deal with approachable, responsive people who communicate at their level and instinctively understand their commercial concerns; people who will go that extra mile to find a solution and offer them the very best support and advice.
Please do not apply via this advertisement; instead, please complete the application form on the Careers page of BHP's website - www.bhp.co.uk/careers.
